ResponsabilidadesAs a Pedagogy Intern at Red House, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills by supporting Head Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and the Pedagogical Coordinator in daily school activities. This role offers hands-on experience in classroom management, student support, and school projects, contributing to your growth as an educator.Support teachers in the classroom by helping convey instructions to students and assisting in their learning process.Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for classroom activities and projects.Participate in the planning and implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects.Help maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment, including decorating walls, bulletin boards, and shared spaces.Supervise and accompany students in different moments of the school day, ensuring safety and wellbeing.Assist in students’ arrival and dismissal, following Red House’s safety standards.Collaborate with teachers in managing the class when teaching assistants are unavailable.Capture moments of student learning (photos and videos) to share with teachers, respecting deadlines and classroom flow.Attend academic meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your professional development.Follow Red House’s educational guidelines and policies.Assist with children’s personal care when necessary (hygiene routines, meals, organization).Observe students’ behavior and wellbeing, reporting relevant information to the teaching team.
